Our Process

How we do it

Sheep’s Clothing operates as a cottage industry and our knitters work out of their own homes. Many of our knitters have become “specialists” in certain items and we value their expertise and work closely with them to ensure consistency of quality, size, and accuracy.

Everything we produce is made by hand in Nova Scotia. We source materials locally as much as possible and encourage a buy local philosophy.

Our focus is on traditional knitwear and many of our patterns are based on those followed hundreds of years ago and passed down from generation to generation.
